These terms cover your use of Gimme Gimme (getgimmegimme.com), run by Josh Jackson, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. By using the service you agree to them. Questions: hello@getgimmegimme.com.

The service

Gimme Gimme researches a website you give us and generates static Meta ads and ad copy with AI. Results vary. We don't promise any particular ad performance, and you should review every ad before you run it.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be 18 or over.

Plans, credits and payment

• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page.
• One credit makes one delivered ad. Credits for ads that fail are returned automatically.
• Unused credits don't roll over to the next month.
• You can cancel any time from the billing page. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for.

Acceptable use

• Only make ads for brands you own or are authorised to advertise for.
• Don't use the service for unlawful, misleading or infringing ads, or in ways that break Meta's advertising policies.
• Don't try to get around free-run limits, credits or security checks.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content and the ads

You keep the rights you have in your brand materials. You give us permission to use them to make your ads. As between you and us, you own the ads we generate for you and can use them as you like. AI-generated work may resemble other material, so check ads before you publish them.

Liability

We provide the service as it is. We aren't liable for indirect losses, lost profits or ad spend. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email before it applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
