AI Ad Generator for Facebook & Instagram: Research First

Most generators start from a blank prompt. Gimme Gimme starts by studying the brand and the ads its competitors have kept running, so each design has a reason behind it.

Four ads from four websites

Different brands, different looks. Each was made from the brand's public website.

  • Gousto ad: a red recipe box on a kitchen counter with fresh vegetables being unpacked by a person at a family table.
  • Pip & Nut ad: stuffed oat bars in a desk drawer beside a stapler, with the headline Stuffed oat bars > staplers.
  • Tropic ad: a bottle of body oil beside a folded towel at a bath, with the headline The bath is just the beginning.
  • Bloom & Wild ad: a woman arranging a bunch of flowers in a bright kitchen with the headline Thanks for always checking in.

How it works in 3 steps

  1. 1

    Add a website

Gimme Gimme builds a context layer for the brand: its products, look, tone and the shape of its market.

  2. 2

    It studies what already works

It reads the competitors' longest-running Meta ads, then chooses angles that fit the brand and leave room to stand out.

  3. 3

It designs and checks each ad

Every ad is designed around its own angle, then checked for spelling, text placement and brand look before you see it.

Research first, then design

An ad that runs for months is usually earning its keep. Gimme Gimme finds those ads in the Meta Ad Library, works out what they have in common, and looks for what the market has left open.

It doesn't copy a rival's ad. The research decides which ideas are worth making, and the design is built for your brand.

Concepts, not near-copies

Meta tends to treat near-identical ads as one ad, so ten recolors of the same layout add little. Gimme Gimme plans a set of different angles and gives each its own look and headline.

You review before anything runs

Treat the output like any creative and look at it before it goes live. You can also confirm the brand and drop any competitor or angle that doesn't fit before a single ad is made.

Frequently asked questions

Will it make up details about a product?
It starts from the product pictures and details on the brand's own website, and each ad is checked for how faithfully it shows the brand. Review every ad before it goes live, as you would any creative.
Can people tell the ads are AI-made?
Sometimes, which is why the research and the checks matter. Try the free plan on one brand and judge for yourself, or test your own eye with the Real or Gimme game.
What is a context layer?
It is what Gimme Gimme builds about a brand before it designs: the products, look, tone, competitors and their longest-running ads. Every ad is designed from it.
Which AI models make the ads?
Gimme Gimme chooses them for you and changes them as better ones arrive. You don't pick a model; you review the ads.
Where do the ads run?
Anywhere you can run Meta ads. They are 9:16 images made for Instagram and Facebook Stories and Reels, and they download with copy for Ads Manager.
Do I need an account?
Yes, a free one. You sign up when you press go, and your website is kept, so you don't type it again.
